The Digital Marketing Expert is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to promote the bank&rsquo;s products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition through digital channels. The role involves managing social media, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, content marketing, analytics, and digital partnerships in line with the bank&rsquo;s business goals and compliance guidelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment services.</li><li>Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Drive SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and search rankings.</li><li>Manage and grow the bank&rsquo;s social media presence by creating engaging content and tracking performance.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation, design, and media buying.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or CRM dashboards and prepare monthly performance reports.</li><li>Run email marketing and automation campaigns to engage customers and increase conversions.</li><li>Implement retargeting and lead generation strategies to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.</li><li>Stay updated on digital trends, banking regulations, and competitor marketing activities.</li><li>Ensure all digital content and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, data security, and RBI compliance standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Experience:</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.</li><li>Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable ROI.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.</li><li>Creative thinking with strong copywriting and visual coordination skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of digital compliance and data privacy norms (especially in BFSI).</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Strategic and creative thinking</li><li>Analytical and data-driven approach</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork</li><li>Attention to detail and quality</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Office or hybrid setup</li><li>Coordination with marketing, IT, and product teams</li><li>Fast-paced, performance-driven environment</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives</li><li>Additional benefits as per company policy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
