We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives in our banking process division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies within financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity
  • Train team members on banking products, sales pitches, objection handling, and customer engagement
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales conversions
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and banking process accuracy
  • Resolve team or client escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with backend and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Report daily performance, target achievements, and challenges to management
  • Maintain a positive, growth-focused environment for the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably banking/finance)
  • Previous team handling experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of banking/loan products (preferred)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Confident, disciplined, and sales-driven mindset
