We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives in our banking process division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies within financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity
- Train team members on banking products, sales pitches, objection handling, and customer engagement
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales conversions
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and banking process accuracy
- Resolve team or client escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with backend and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Report daily performance, target achievements, and challenges to management
- Maintain a positive, growth-focused environment for the team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably banking/finance)
- Previous team handling experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of banking/loan products (preferred)
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Confident, disciplined, and sales-driven mindset
