We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer — a visionary creative professional who can lead design direction, elevate brand aesthetics, and translate marketing strategies into compelling visual stories across digital and print platforms.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the conceptualization and execution of visual design projects that define and amplify our clients’ brands. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and web teams to ensure every creative output aligns with strategy, brand tone, and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process — from concept to delivery — for brand identity, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Develop and maintain brand visual languages, style guides, and creative frameworks.
• Create high-quality and innovative designs for social media campaigns, website visuals, digital ads, presentations, and print collateral.
• Mentor and review work from junior designers, ensuring consistency and excellence across deliverables.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to translate ideas into impactful visual concepts.
• Integrate motion graphics, animation, and interactive design (where applicable) to enhance digital storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
• Stay ahead of design and marketing trends, constantly bringing fresh creative approaches to the table.
• Participate in client discussions when required, presenting design directions with strategic reasoning and creative confidence.
• Uphold brand integrity across all visual touchpoints and ensure alignment with marketing goals and KPIs.

RequirementsExperience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in a digital marketing agency or creative studio environment.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end branding, campaign design, and art direction.

Skills:

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
• Working proficiency with Figma and/or Sketch for digital and UI/UX design workflows.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color psychology, layout composition, and digital asset optimization.
• Sharp eye for visual details, aesthetics, and trends in modern digital design.

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of digital marketing design principles, user experience basics, and creative performance metrics.
• Familiarity with platform-specific creative formats (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Personal Qualities:

• Strategic thinker with creative intuition and storytelling ability.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized under pressure.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills — able to guide a team creatively and maintain design excellence.
• Receptive to feedback and eager to experiment with new design directions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A strong, updated portfolio demonstrating diverse and high-quality design work (branding, campaigns, motion preferred).
