About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile UI/UX cum Graphic Designer who can seamlessly blend visual storytelling with user-centric design to deliver high-impact digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a massive volume of web pages, digital assets, and social media creatives tailored to the US audience and festive calendar. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our website, brand, and campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Designer

• Conduct UI/UX research including surveys, user interviews, and competitor benchmarking.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for website pages.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of UI designs.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and optimize user journeys.
• Design creatives for digital banners, flyers, brochures, social media posts etc.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines including color palettes, typography, and visual themes.
• Create marketing collateral including ad creatives, infographics, email templates, and presentations.
• Design for both digital (web, email, social media) and physical formats (print-ready files).

Technical Skills:

• Strong UI/UX design capabilities (Figma, XD, wireframes, prototyping)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Good understanding of responsive design and web aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not mandatory, but helpful)
• Ability to create assets tailored to US cultural trends and festivals

Soft Skills:

• Creativity, attention to detail, and innovation
• Excellent time management and ability to handle high-volume tasks
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability to feedback and continuous iteration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
