We are seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with UAE government entities and a solid understanding of visa processes, labor laws, and documentation procedures. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all procedures related to visa applications, renewals, cancellations (residence, employment, tourist, etc.)</li><li>Manage Emirates ID applications, medical tests, labor contracts, and other employee-related legal documentation</li><li>Liaise with government authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, etc.</li><li>Process company license renewals, trade name reservations, and other company legal documents</li><li>Stay updated on labor law changes and ensure compliance</li><li>Prepare NOCs, letters, and other legal documentation as needed</li><li>Maintain records of all government-related transactions and documents</li><li>Represent the company professionally at all government offices</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 1 -2 years preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration, and visa procedures</li><li>Valid UAE driving license</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or relevant diploma</li><li>Existing contacts within government departments</li><li>Experience using online government portals (e.g., MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
