Exhibition and Event Estimator - BOQ

Responsibilities:

- prepare detailed and accurate cost estimate for exhibition stands, event structures, and related services

- analyze drawings, technical documentation, and client requirements

- coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for quotations

- identify cost- saving opportunities and risks associated with each project

- maintain and update databases of materials, labor rates, and supplier costs

- track and evaluate actual project costs for continuous improvement of estimation accuracy.

Requirements :

- bachelors degree in engineering ( civil, mechanical. or related field preferred)

- 3-5 years of proven experience in estimation within the exhibitions, events, or construction industries

- strong analytical and mathematical skills

- proficiency in AutoCAD, estimation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- excellent communication and organizational abilities

- ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
