We are seeking a skilled and motivated Logistics / Operations / Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have relevant Dubai-based experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and customer handling. This role requires a combination of operational expertise and the ability to drive business growth through proactive sales activities.Key Responsibilities Operations &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Handle end-to-end coordination for air, sea, and land freight shipments.</li><li>Prepare and manage documentation such as AWB, BL, invoices, packing lists, export declarations, and delivery orders.</li><li>Monitor shipment movement, ensuring timely pickup, clearance, and delivery.</li><li>Communicate with airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE customs, port, and free-zone regulations.</li><li>Track cargo status and proactively update customers.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.</li><li>Prepare and share competitive quotations for air/sea freight, customs clearance, and logistics services.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.</li><li>Collaborate with the operations team to provide accurate service solutions to customers.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Must be based in Dubai with 2&ndash;5 years of proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.</li><li>Strong knowledge of air and sea freight operations.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE customs procedures and documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
