Operations Executive

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Logistics / Operations / Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have relevant Dubai-based experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and customer handling. This role requires a combination of operational expertise and the ability to drive business growth through proactive sales activities.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Logistics

• Handle end-to-end coordination for air, sea, and land freight shipments.
• Prepare and manage documentation such as AWB, BL, invoices, packing lists, export declarations, and delivery orders.
• Monitor shipment movement, ensuring timely pickup, clearance, and delivery.
• Communicate with airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs, port, and free-zone regulations.
• Track cargo status and proactively update customers.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
• Prepare and share competitive quotations for air/sea freight, customs clearance, and logistics services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with the operations team to provide accurate service solutions to customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai with 2–5 years of proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight operations.
• Familiarity with UAE customs procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
