Overview We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide exceptional service to our clients.Duties<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, utilizing mechanical knowledge to identify solutions.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational procedures.</li><li>Perform equipment repairs as necessary, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations for system improvements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb and perform equipment repairs efficiently.</li><li>Familiarity with air conditioning systems and ammonia refrigeration is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li><li>A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.</li></ul>Join us in providing top-notch HVAC services while advancing your career in a supportive environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
