Job Title: Real Estate &amp; Government Relations SpecialistJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate &amp; Government Relations Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in managing real estate operations and liaising with government authorities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating approvals, and supporting the company&rsquo;s real estate development and operational objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end real estate processes including acquisition, leasing, and documentation.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with government entities, municipalities, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Handle all government-related transactions such as permits, licenses, approvals, and renewals.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and real estate policies.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations) to streamline processes.</li><li>Monitor changes in government regulations and advise management accordingly.</li><li>Represent the company in meetings with government officials and external stakeholders.</li><li>Resolve any issues related to land, property registration, or regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate and government relations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and government procedures.</li><li>Excellent networking and relationship management skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience working with government portals and documentation systems.</li><li>Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Dynamic and fast-paced real estate environment</li><li>Frequent interaction with government offices and external stakeholders</li></ul>Note: We are committed to hiring based on merit, experience, and capability, ensuring equal opportunity for all qualified candidates.Work Location: In person
