Job Title: Real Estate & Government Relations Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate & Government Relations Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in managing real estate operations and liaising with government authorities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating approvals, and supporting the company’s real estate development and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end real estate processes including acquisition, leasing, and documentation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government entities, municipalities, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle all government-related transactions such as permits, licenses, approvals, and renewals.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and real estate policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations) to streamline processes.
- Monitor changes in government regulations and advise management accordingly.
- Represent the company in meetings with government officials and external stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues related to land, property registration, or regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate and government relations.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and government procedures.
- Excellent networking and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with government portals and documentation systems.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
