Job Description: We are seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to join our team. This position will assist with a variety of construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and supporting skilled trades on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials</li><li>Load and unload tools, equipment, and construction materials</li><li>Prepare and clean job sites</li><li>Assist with concrete work, framing, and other building tasks</li><li>Follow all company safety procedures</li><li>Work with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous construction experience preferred but not required</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods</li><li>Reliable transportation to job sites</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
