Construction Laborer

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to join our team. This position will assist with a variety of construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and supporting skilled trades on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and construction materials
• Prepare and clean job sites
• Assist with concrete work, framing, and other building tasks
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Work with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
