We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our Miami team and help drive the success of our expanding research portfolio.Position OverviewThe Senior Clinical Research Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, GCP/ICH guidelines, IRB requirements, and study protocols. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior staff, and act as the primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, CROs, and patients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Protocol Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials from start-up through closeout, ensuring strict adherence to protocol requirements.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Prepare, submit, and maintain IRB/EC submissions, regulatory documents, and essential study files.</li><li>Participant Oversight: Screen, consent, and enroll eligible participants; schedule visits; conduct study assessments; and maintain accurate source documentation.</li><li>Data Integrity: Ensure timely, complete, and accurate data entry into EDC systems; respond to queries promptly; and participate in data audits/monitoring visits.</li><li>Site Leadership: Serve as lead coordinator on complex studies; mentor and train CRCs, research assistants, and support staff.</li><li>Collaboration: Act as primary contact with sponsors and CROs; coordinate site visits, monitor.</li><li>Operational Efficiency: Assist with budgeting, study feasibility assessments, and resource allocation to optimize site performance.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field required; advanced degree or RN preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of clinical research coordination experience (multi-site or multi-therapeutic area preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and clinical trial operations.</li><li>Experience with EDC systems, CTMS, and eRegulatory platforms.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trials simultaneously.</li><li>Proven track record of mentoring junior staff and leading site-level operations.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage patients, investigators, and sponsor/CRO partners effectively.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a MUST.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Opportunity to work on innovative, high-impact clinical trials with leading physicians and sponsors.</li><li>Collaborative and mission-driven environment focused on quality and patient care.</li><li>Competitive compensation.</li><li>Career advancement within a growing clinical research network.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Clinical research: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Both English and Spanish (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Current GCP, IATA, Phlebotomy certification (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
