Position: Middle/High School &amp; Student Activities Administrative AssistantDuties: Perform all secretarial duties inherent with the job and necessary for the efficient operation of the Middle/High School Office, benefiting students, staff, and public alike.Qualifications: 1. High School diploma;2. Friendly, organized, and enthusiastic about working with students in adiverse setting;3. Accounting knowledge preferred for budget handling, activity accounting,and bank reconciliation;4. Ability to perform general office management and reception duties byanswering the phone, directing staff and students, answering generalquestions, and providing daily communication;5. Ability to assist students with basic health needs such as temperaturechecks, Band-Aids, and medication administration;6. Proficient in or willing to learn proficiency in use of Google applications,such as Gmail, Google Docs/Forms/Spreadsheets;7. Proficient in English, spelling, punctuation, and basic math skills;8. Ability to work independently on difficult clerical tasks, completing withaccuracy and efficiency;9. Ability to prepare and maintain accurate and complete records and files;10. Maintain confidentiality; and11.
