From stylish accessories to premium essentials, our mission is to make every furry friend look and feel their best.We&rsquo;re now looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Inventory Manager to join our growing team and ensure smooth backend operations as we scale.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain accurate stock levels across multiple channels (Shopify, POS, marketplaces).</li><li>Track inventory inflow/outflow, conduct regular audits, and prevent stock discrepancies.</li><li>Oversee warehouse operations, including inward/outward goods, labeling, and dispatch readiness.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics to optimize stock availability.</li><li>Implement systems for demand forecasting, reorder levels, and slow-moving item tracking.</li><li>Maintain reports for management on inventory performance and wastage control.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in inventory or warehouse management (E-commerce preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Shopify, MyBillBook POS, or similar software.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage a small team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Opportunity to work with one of India&rsquo;s leading pet lifestyle brands.</li><li>Friendly, pet-loving workplace.</li><li>Competitive salary &amp; growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
