Inventory Manager

We’re now looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Inventory Manager to join our growing team and ensure smooth backend operations as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels across multiple channels (Shopify, POS, marketplaces).
  • Track inventory inflow/outflow, conduct regular audits, and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inward/outward goods, labeling, and dispatch readiness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics to optimize stock availability.
  • Implement systems for demand forecasting, reorder levels, and slow-moving item tracking.
  • Maintain reports for management on inventory performance and wastage control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management (E-commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, MyBillBook POS, or similar software.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a small team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
