Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor – Sanitaryware & WPC Boards

Work Location: Pattambi, Kerala

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to manage operations at our Sanitaryware & WPC Boards warehouse in Pattambi. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient material handling, accurate inventory management, and smooth coordination with internal teams to support the company’s expanding retail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and outlet teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Oversee loading/unloading activities and ensure safe handling of products.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation — GRNs, delivery notes, and stock registers.
• Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, monitor productivity, and assign daily tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics operations (preferably in sanitaryware, tiles, or building materials).
• Strong inventory control and warehouse management knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
