Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SOPs for procurement, warehousing, replenishment, returns, and transfers.
- Manage warehouse operations: layout, staffing, inward QC, stock tagging, and audits.
- Allocate store-wise inventory based on sales data, demand patterns, and planograms.
- Establish auto-replenishment systems using real-time ERP data and thresholds.
- Conduct stock audits to minimize shrinkage, pilferage, and mismatches.
- Oversee vendor management: onboarding, purchase orders, scheduling, SLAs, and quality checks.
- Manage logistics and inter-store transfers through 3PL/in-house partners.
- Monitor inventory analytics: ageing stock, sell-through, fast/slow movers, and forecasts.
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on stock turns, fill rates, vendor performance, and costs.
- Drive cost optimization in warehousing, manpower, packaging, and logistics.
- Reduce supply chain lead times to improve store availability and sales readiness.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs across vendors, warehouse teams, and store staff.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in retail supply chain management with proven expertise in inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Ginesys) and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in vendor negotiations, logistics coordination, and warehouse management.
- Analytical, process-oriented, and capable of handling multi-store operations.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
