Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – MEP – Procurement & Contracts to lead procurement and contract management for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works in construction or infrastructure projects. The role involves planning and executing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that MEP systems are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement procurement strategies for MEP materials, equipment, and services aligned with project requirements and cost targets.
• Prepare tender documents (RFQs, RFPs), assess supplier proposals, and conduct negotiations for pricing, delivery, and terms.
• Select and manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, budgets, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, finance, and legal teams to ensure procurement and contract processes meet project needs.
• Monitor procurement schedules, delivery progress, costs, and vendor performance, and resolve disputes or claims where necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor procurement and contract staff, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
