Job Title: Procurement Manager

Department: Procurement, Import & Export
Location: Parel, Mumbai (Onsite)
Experience Level: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all procurement activities, from sourcing to purchase order execution.
• Conduct supplier visits and evaluations, especially for new and growing sources.
• Develop and maintain accurate procurement records and data collection systems.
• Collaborate closely with the ecommerce team to ensure smooth supply chain integration.
• Manage relationships with international and domestic suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to assess procurement needs and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Experience with international trade, import/export regulations, documentation, and coordination with port authorities and freight forwarding teams
• Background in complete procurement cycle, including vendor management and logistics.
• Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
