Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor &ndash; Sanitaryware &amp; WPC BoardsWork Location: Pattambi, KeralaAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to manage operations at our Sanitaryware &amp; WPC Boards warehouse in Pattambi. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient material handling, accurate inventory management, and smooth coordination with internal teams to support the company&rsquo;s expanding retail network.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic inventory audits.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and outlet teams to ensure timely movement of goods.</li><li>Oversee loading/unloading activities and ensure safe handling of products.</li><li>Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation &mdash; GRNs, delivery notes, and stock registers.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.</li><li>Lead and manage warehouse staff, monitor productivity, and assign daily tasks.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5 years in warehouse/logistics operations (preferably in sanitaryware, tiles, or building materials).</li><li>Strong inventory control and warehouse management knowledge.</li><li>Good communication and coordination abilities.</li><li>Basic computer literacy.</li><li>Candidates from any part of Kerala are welcome to apply.</li><li>Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage physical stock operations.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package (based on experience).</li><li>Performance-based incentives.</li><li>Accommodation support for eligible candidates.</li><li>Excellent growth opportunity within a reputed retail and distribution network.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
