Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The role involves coordinating with international vendors and freight forwarders, managing purchase requisitions and orders, and ensuring smooth interdepartmental communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically sound, and possess strong written and verbal business communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with international vendors and forwarders for timely and accurate import operations.
• Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in alignment with company policies.
• Track and monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate clear communication and coordination between internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of import activities and support audit requirements.
• Resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or documentation errors.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Science ( B.Sc/M.Sc ) or B.Tech.
• 0-2 years of experience in import/export coordination, logistics, or related fields.
• Strong business communication skills (both written and oral).
• Proactive, quick learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technically sound with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
