Job Description

Key responsibility -

  • Operations Management: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR database management, Employee File maintenance and coordinating with other departments HOD to ensure smooth workflow
  • Onboarding: Oversee the complete onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Full and Final Settlement (FNF): Handle the end-to-end FNF process, calculating & generating Error free Full & Final Statement , coordination with finance department account statement etc, ensure timely sharing & payouts.
  • Attendance Management: Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, track leaves, ensure accuracy in timesheets, and address grievances with solutions if any.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements as per need across all functions.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries/ grievances related to attendance, leaves, onboarding, and FNF.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular work reports as per desired by Managers/Management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools/software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education Qualification
  • Master of Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Human Resource
  • Bachelor of Engineering / Technology

2 - 4 Years in HR Operations
