Role Summary:
Responsible for receiving, verifying, and recording financial and operational documents, entering data into internal systems, managing digital and physical records through the Document Management System, and ensuring accurate and timely document flow for further processing by relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive documents and record relevant details in prescribed formats.
- Scan, upload, store, and retrieve documents using the Document Management System (DMS).
- Manage physical file movement, filing, and storage using RFID-based file tracking systems.
- Verify employee details, expense period, and claim amounts while receiving employee claim documents and forward them to the Claims Settlement Team for further processing.
- Enter & Verify vouchers/ bills with accurate details in the OCR enabled Accounting Platform
- Maintain systematic, entity-wise filing with proper version control and latest documents on top.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic data entry and spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of document filing and record management (DMS)
- Ability to follow processes and timelines
- Good coordination and communication skills
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency required
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, documentation, or back-office operations
- Freshers with relevant skills may also be considered
