In this role, you will be the heart of our dog care operations, ensuring each pup receives attentive handling, engaging activities, and a safe space to play and relax. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a positive experience for our furry clients and their owners alike.Duties<ul><li>Communicate with clients on the phone and in person</li><li>Schedule appointments</li><li>Collect payments</li><li>Prepare meals and administer medications</li><li>Supervise dog play groups</li><li>Bathe, dry, and brush dogs</li><li>Cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning</li><li>Scoop a lot of poop</li><li>Smile :)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in dog handling, pet grooming, veterinary assisting, or kennel work is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of dog training techniques and animal behavior management</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for moving supplies or assisting with larger dogs</li><li>Strong animal handling skills with an understanding of animal restraint and care procedures</li><li>Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners and visitors</li><li>Passion for animals with a lively attitude that promotes a fun environment for dogs and staff alike</li><li>Willing to work odd shifts, including weekends and holidays</li></ul>Join us in creating joyful experiences for dogs while building a rewarding career in pet care!
