Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and compassionate Front Desk/Dog Daycare & Boarding Staff to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the heart of our dog care operations, ensuring each pup receives attentive handling, engaging activities, and a safe space to play and relax. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a positive experience for our furry clients and their owners alike.

Duties

• Communicate with clients on the phone and in person
• Schedule appointments
• Collect payments
• Prepare meals and administer medications
• Supervise dog play groups
• Bathe, dry, and brush dogs
• Cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning
• Scoop a lot of poop
• Smile :)

Requirements

• Prior experience in dog handling, pet grooming, veterinary assisting, or kennel work is highly preferred
• Knowledge of dog training techniques and animal behavior management
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for moving supplies or assisting with larger dogs
• Strong animal handling skills with an understanding of animal restraint and care procedures
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners and visitors
• Passion for animals with a lively attitude that promotes a fun environment for dogs and staff alike
• Willing to work odd shifts, including weekends and holidays
