Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform any other related tasks assigned by the HOD</li><li>Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the department</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave requests in coordination with the HR department.</li><li>Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as required by HOD</li><li>Assist in coordinating staff schedules, meetings, and training sessions.</li><li>Support procurement activities by preparing purchase requests and coordinate with the departments</li><li>Monitor office supplies, etc. ensuring timely replenishment.</li><li>Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of factory documents</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.</li><li>Handle communication between HOD and other departments or external parties.</li><li>Assist in processing invoices, petty cash, and other administrative transactions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures within the administrative area.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Admin Assistant - F&B

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collect, sort, and wash laundry items according to fabric type, color, and cleaning instructions.</li><li>Operate washing machines, dryers, and pressing/ironing equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Ensure proper use of detergents, chemicals, and cleaning materials.</li><li>Check all items for stains, tears, or damage and report irregularities to the supervisor.</li><li>Fold, press, and package laundry items neatly and accurately.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times.</li><li>Deliver laundered items to designated areas or staff/guest as required.</li><li>Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures in handling laundry.</li><li>Assist in inventory control of linen, uniforms, and laundry supplies.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in laundry operations preferred (hotel/hospital/industrial laundry experience an advantage).</li><li>Basic knowledge of washing, pressing, and fabric care.</li><li>Ability to operate laundry equipment safely.</li><li>Good physical stamina to handle long hours and heavy loads.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
