Ensuring all direct and indirect reports follow laid down policies and procedures regarding Health &amp; Safety, Security and Quality, Hygiene &amp; Food Safety standardsEffectively maintaining food and non-food raw materials, whilst achieving food cost % targets.Effectively balancing labour cost % against targets, with the needs of the business.Meeting standards as per approved OKRs and SLAs.Role Holder liaises regularly with the Operations Manager and other internal and external stakeholders, providing information and advice relevant to the areas of accountability.Interfaces with the Food Production and/or Pastry &amp; Bakery teams to ensure internal and external deadlines are met in servicing Manal clients.Interfaces with the Support Services teams to ensure internal and external deadlines are met in servicing Manal clients.Actively supports the Operations Manager and other internal and external stakeholders, in the monitoring, maintaining, and scheduling of all work processes.Ensuring all tasks are completed on time and in full across Stores, or Logistics and Transport.Supports the Operations Manager in ensuring that all the information, requirements and expectations of work processes are clearly communicated to department personnel.Ensure all direct and indirect reports complete their mandatory training courses.Develop direct and indirect reports through the annual performance appraisal system.Assists the GM in all reasonable requests in the absence of the Operations Manager.To identify allergen &ndash; cross contamination and implementation of control measures to reduce/ eliminate the risk.Always working safely to protect self and others around you, reporting all unsafe conditions and acts, and immediately reporting all accidents and incidents to your supervisor.Ensure safe storage and handling of materials.Implement safe lifting and material handling practices.Maintain proper warehouse safety conditions.Promote worker participation and consultation.Work Location: In person

Assistant Store Manager

<ul><li>Assist in daily administrative operations of the food production kitchen.</li><li>Maintain and update production records, inventory logs, and kitchen documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with chefs and production team regarding daily production schedules and requirements.</li><li>Monitor stock levels of raw materials and kitchen supplies and prepare requisition requests.</li><li>Ensure proper filing of purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices.</li><li>Support procurement and store team in tracking incoming and outgoing food items.</li><li>Prepare reports on food production, wastage, and inventory usage.</li><li>Ensure all kitchen documents comply with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP requirements).</li><li>Assist in staff attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and coordination with HR when needed.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and operations for timely delivery of food production items.</li><li>Maintain communication between kitchen, procurement, store, and management teams.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.</li><li>Support kitchen management in administrative and operational tasks as assigned.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company records and operational data.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Administrative and documentation skills</li><li>Knowledge of food production operations</li><li>Inventory and stock monitoring</li><li>Basic MS Excel and reporting skills</li><li>Coordination and communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail and organization</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
