Executive Chef - Bakery & Pastry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bakery and pastry production.
  • Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety compliance.
  • Develop new products and improve existing recipes.
  • Manage production planning, cost control, and waste reduction.
  • Lead, train, and develop the bakery team.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in bakery and pastry production, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing facility, industrial bakery, or large-scale production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery operations, product development, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Culinary, Baking & Pastry, or related qualifications preferred.
