 JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
 
 
 
 To review the Tenders/Bidding proposals scope, produce Tender/Bid Proposal plans &amp; schedules, estimate resources (manpower/man-hours/trade disciplines/equipment), produce histograms/S-curves, Prepare Cost/Budgets, Analyze potential delays, implement corrective actions and prepare planning &amp; schedule reports, risk registers.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.E/ B.tech Degree in Mechanical/Civil/ Industrial
 </li>
 <li>
 15-18 years total experience with Proposal
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years offshore experience (MANDATORY)
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote established policy and objectives throughout the department to increase awareness, motivation and involvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure focus on customer requirements throughout the department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, maintain and manage Project plan and detailed schedules using Primavera-P6.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all planning activities comply with industry standards and company procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report on the effect of changes, especially any negative changes to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend all company planning meetings and client planning meetings as directed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate files of planning data both in hard copy and in software/programs including Primavera-P6, MS Project, Excel and Word.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the pre/post bid clarifications and their responses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate and encourage a team working environment with colleagues and client personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality products/services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accountability To be accountable for the acts and omissions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsibility To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents, and near-miss.
 </li>
