 Job responsibilities:
 
 
 
 To review the Tenders/Bidding proposals scope, produce Tender/Bid Proposal plans &amp; schedules, estimate resources (manpower/man-hours/trade disciplines/equipment), produce histograms/S-curves, Prepare Cost/Budgets, analyze potential delays, implement corrective actions and prepare planning &amp; schedule reports, and risk registers.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Promote established policy and objectives throughout the department to increase awareness, motivation and involvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure focus on customer requirements throughout the department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that appropriate processes are implemented to enable requirements of customers and other interested parties to be fulfilled and objectives to be achieved.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that an effective and efficient Quality / HSE management system is implemented and maintained in the department to achieve these objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive instructions from immediate superior or receive client work packs and produce project plans in outline and in detail as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, maintain and manage Project plan and detailed schedules using Primavera-P6.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all planning activities comply with industry standards and company procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report on the effect of changes, especially any negative changes to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend all company planning meetings and client planning meetings as directed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate files of planning data both in hard copy and in software/programs including Primavera-P6, MS Project, Excel and Word.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the pre/post bid clarifications and their responses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate and encourage a team working environment with colleagues and client personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain proper security of data, software, program etc.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 :
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 12-15 years of solid work experience as Sr. Planning Engineer / Management Mid-Level in the EPC Oil &amp; Gas Industry, with 3 years working in Tendering/Proposals Phase
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering discipline, preferably mechanical
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred
 
 :
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Masters in any Engineering and or Certified Project/Risk Management Professional (PMP/RMP).
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP with minimum 12-15 Years of strong background in EPC projects, with extensive experience in the Oil &amp; Gas industry on both On-shore &amp; Off-shore Projects of both Greenfield and Brownfield in nature involving Turn Arounds.
 </li>

 Role Description
 
 
 
 To prepare tenders in accordance with client requirements and a format acceptable to the Company for submission on the due date and following contract award and allocation of responsibility, initiate sub-contracts (if applicable) and purchase orders in accordance with the Company Procedures.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain established policy and objectives throughout the section fulfil the company requirement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receiving and evaluation of tenders and enquiries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with clients and attend meetings as required to clarify scope of work, specifications and standards required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiate enquiries and obtain supplier quotations for materials and services in accordance with Company Procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of prime cost estimates, for submission to management to apply mark up and arrive at tender submission price.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of risk analysis for justification of contingency if any.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of tenders in accordance with client requirements and a format acceptable to the Company for submission on the due date.
 </li>
 <li>
 Following contract award and allocation of responsibility, initiate sub-contracts (if applicable) and purchase orders in accordance with the Company Procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct the construction program in line with Job Holder's allocated responsibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Observe and record, in writing, all deviations from the contracted scope of work and prepare or assist in claim for additional works as appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure implementation of all Company, client, and statutory safety regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred (Years/ Job Level/ Industry): CCM Contract &amp; Commercial Management with strong Estimation experience with company setting in EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning), Sales Oil &amp; Gas, Shutdown and Manpower Supply.
 </li>
