This includes driving sales growth, managing digital marketing strategies, enhancing customer experience, optimizing product listings, and ensuring smooth operations for e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis to support business objectives.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>E-Commerce Strategy and Planning:</li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and improve profitability.</li><li>Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.</li><li>Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities and market trends to expand the business.</li><li>Website and Online Store Management:</li><li>Oversee the management and optimization of the company's e-commerce website or platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).</li><li>Ensure a seamless user experience (UX) across all devices, from desktop to mobile.</li><li>Coordinate with IT, design, and development teams to implement site changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure functionality.</li><li>Product Listing and Catalog Management:</li><li>Ensure that all products are accurately listed with compelling descriptions, images, and pricing.</li><li>Manage product inventory and track product performance (stock levels, pricing, etc.).</li><li>Update product listings regularly, ensuring all information is up-to-date.</li><li>Digital Marketing and SEO:</li><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), email marketing, and social media promotions.</li><li>Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.</li><li>Analyze digital marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies for better ROI.</li><li>Customer Experience and Engagement:</li><li>Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from browsing to checkout and delivery.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Implement and manage customer retention programs like loyalty rewards or email campaigns.</li><li>Analytics and Reporting:</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, average order value (AOV), cart abandonment, etc.</li><li>Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or other e-commerce platforms to track website and sales performance.</li><li>Prepare regular reports for upper management to highlight sales trends, areas for improvement, and future opportunities.</li><li>Team Management and Collaboration:</li><li>Manage the e-commerce team, including product content, customer service, and other relevant departments.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, IT, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and operational efficiency.</li><li>Stay informed about the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the competition.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of [2-4] years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms).</li><li>Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).</li><li>Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment systems.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable insights to improve performance.</li><li>Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce-related issues quickly.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>E-Commerce Strategy Development</li><li>Digital Marketing &amp; SEO</li><li>Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Analytical Thinking &amp; Data Interpretation</li><li>Product Catalog Management</li><li>Team Management &amp; Leadership</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Full-time position</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
