Job Description: Executive Assistant Manager to Director (Project Management Support )Location: Shalimar, DelhiCompany: EcosteEmployment Type: Full-Time (On-site)Industry Exp. - constructionSalary: upto 9LPAAbout the RoleEcoste is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Female Executive Assistant to support the Director and assist in Project Management activities within the MDO division.The ideal candidate must have experience in backend project coordination, project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups, along with strong executive assistance capabilities.This role requires someone who can manage administrative responsibilities while also actively supporting ongoing projects, ensuring timely execution and smooth communication across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive AssistanceManage and maintain the Directors calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.Draft, review, and manage emails, presentations, and communication material.Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.Act as a communication bridge between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.Project Management Support (Backend)Assist in project planning, coordination, and tracking of deliverables.Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.Prepare project updates, MIS reports, and review documents for leadership meetings.Assist in monitoring project milestones and escalating delays when needed.Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.Administrative &amp; Coordination ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain files, documentation, and records.Support in planning review meetings, events, and leadership activities.Ensure seamless workflow by managing communication, follow-ups, and priority tasks.RequirementsFemale candidate preferred (as per role requirement).Prior experience in backend project management or project coordination is mandatory.Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator/Project Executive.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.Must be based in Delhi; proximity to Shalimar Bagh is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
