Job Description ➝ Customer Relationship Executive
Location ➝ Shalimar Bagh, Delhi
Job Summary
➝ We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle dealer coordination, new dealer onboarding, quotation preparation in SAP, and end-to-end sales support.
➝ The candidate will also be responsible for calling and onboarding new dealers, providing ongoing support, and coordinating with internal teams.
➝ Good Excel knowledge and strong communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities
➝ Call and coordinate with new dealers for onboarding
➝ Support and manage the existing dealer / channel network /Projects
➝ Handle end-to-end sales support from enquiry to order closure
➝ Maintain and update customer and dealer records
➝ Provide sales and channel support to dealers
➝ Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order processing
➝ Use MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and tracking
➝ Resolve dealer and customer queries professionally
➝ Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners Required
Skills & Qualifications
➝ Good Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, reporting)
➝ Experience in dealer / channel sales support
➝ Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
➝ Customer-focused approach with attention to detail Experience
➝ 1–3 years of experience in CRE / Customer Support / Sales Coordination preferred Education
➝ Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
