We&rsquo;re looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Graphic Designer who understands the design landscape of 2026&mdash;from modern brand aesthetics and digital trends to AI-assisted workflows and product-centric thinking.The ideal candidate blends strong creative graphic design foundations with an evolving UX/UI awareness, a solid understanding of design thinking, and the ability to work with popular AI tools that speed up ideation, production, and iteration.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Creative Graphic Design &amp; Branding</li><li>Create high-quality graphics for digital and print: social media, ads, marketing collateral, presentations, motion graphics, and brand identity elements.</li><li>Develop and execute visual brand systems, layouts, typography, iconography, and color strategies aligned with 2026 design trends.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing &amp; product teams to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.</li><li>Maintain visual consistency across platforms and ensure brand guidelines are followed.</li><li>Deliver polished creative assets with a strong sense of detail, spacing, grids, hierarchy, and composition.</li></ul>UX/UI &amp; Product Design<ul><li>Support UX/UI tasks such as wireframes, UI screens, design systems, component libraries, prototypes, and website/app visuals.</li><li>Understand product flows, user journeys, and usability fundamentals.</li><li>Participate in product discussions aligned with design thinking and user-first problem solving.</li><li>Provide UI assets for developers with clarity and organization.</li></ul>AI-Driven Design Workflow<ul><li>Use AI tools for ideation, mood boards, concept sketches, color variations, design generation &amp; exploration.</li><li>Familiarity with AI image tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL&middot;E, etc.) and design assistants within Adobe &amp; Figma.</li><li>Use AI for rapid prototyping, layout variations, content generation, and speeding up repetitive workflows.</li><li>Ability to evaluate when to rely on AI and when to design manually to preserve originality.</li></ul>Skills &amp; CompetenciesA. Creative Graphic Design / Brand Design Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of modern 2026 design aesthetics, trends, formats, motion-ready graphics, 3D-inspired visuals, and contemporary brand styles.</li><li>Mastery of layout, typography, color theory, brand identity creation, campaign creation, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ability to convert briefs into visually powerful ideas and campaigns.</li><li>Experience with social media design, digital marketing creatives, banners, GIFs, reels, and ad design.</li><li>Bonus: Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation trends (2026-standard micro-motions).</li></ul>Creative GD Tools<ul><li>Adobe Photoshop (PS)</li><li>Adobe Illustrator (Ai)</li><li>Adobe After Effects (Ae)</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro (optional but preferred)</li><li>Corel (optional)</li><li>Canva</li></ul>AI design tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, DALL&middot;E)B. UX/UI &amp; Product Design Skills<ul><li>Basic to intermediate knowledge of UX processes: research, personas, user journeys, IA, low-fi sketches, wireframes.</li><li>UI skills for mobile apps, websites, dashboards, landing pages, and micro-interactions.</li><li>Understanding of design systems, components, auto-layout, responsive design.</li><li>Ability to work with developers for handoff using Figma specs.</li><li>Sense of product thinking, usability principles, and user psychology.</li></ul>UX/UI Tools<ul><li>Figma (primary)</li><li>Adobe XD (legacy but acceptable)</li><li>FigJam or equivalent</li><li>Prototyping &amp; collaboration tools</li><li>AI-enhanced UX/UI plugins &amp; tools (Figma AI features, Uizard, Galileo AI, etc.)</li></ul>General Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year experience in graphic design, brand design, or UI design.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing both creative and product-oriented design work.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Good communication skills, good aesthetic judgement, and willingness to learn new tools.</li><li>Proactive mindset with an interest in new AI advancements and design trends.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
