We’re looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Graphic Designer who understands the design landscape of 2026—from modern brand aesthetics and digital trends to AI-assisted workflows and product-centric thinking.
The ideal candidate blends strong creative graphic design foundations with an evolving UX/UI awareness, a solid understanding of design thinking, and the ability to work with popular AI tools that speed up ideation, production, and iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Graphic Design & Branding
- Create high-quality graphics for digital and print: social media, ads, marketing collateral, presentations, motion graphics, and brand identity elements.
- Develop and execute visual brand systems, layouts, typography, iconography, and color strategies aligned with 2026 design trends.
- Collaborate with marketing & product teams to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Deliver polished creative assets with a strong sense of detail, spacing, grids, hierarchy, and composition.
UX/UI & Product Design
- Support UX/UI tasks such as wireframes, UI screens, design systems, component libraries, prototypes, and website/app visuals.
- Understand product flows, user journeys, and usability fundamentals.
- Participate in product discussions aligned with design thinking and user-first problem solving.
- Provide UI assets for developers with clarity and organization.
AI-Driven Design Workflow
- Use AI tools for ideation, mood boards, concept sketches, color variations, design generation & exploration.
- Familiarity with AI image tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) and design assistants within Adobe & Figma.
- Use AI for rapid prototyping, layout variations, content generation, and speeding up repetitive workflows.
- Ability to evaluate when to rely on AI and when to design manually to preserve originality.
Skills & Competencies
A. Creative Graphic Design / Brand Design Skills
- Strong understanding of modern 2026 design aesthetics, trends, formats, motion-ready graphics, 3D-inspired visuals, and contemporary brand styles.
- Mastery of layout, typography, color theory, brand identity creation, campaign creation, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to convert briefs into visually powerful ideas and campaigns.
- Experience with social media design, digital marketing creatives, banners, GIFs, reels, and ad design.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation trends (2026-standard micro-motions).
Creative GD Tools

B. UX/UI & Product Design Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of UX processes: research, personas, user journeys, IA, low-fi sketches, wireframes.
- UI skills for mobile apps, websites, dashboards, landing pages, and micro-interactions.
- Understanding of design systems, components, auto-layout, responsive design.
- Ability to work with developers for handoff using Figma specs.
- Sense of product thinking, usability principles, and user psychology.
UX/UI Tools
- Figma (primary)
- Adobe XD (legacy but acceptable)
- FigJam or equivalent
- Prototyping & collaboration tools
- AI-enhanced UX/UI plugins & tools (Figma AI features, Uizard, Galileo AI, etc.)
General Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in graphic design, brand design, or UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both creative and product-oriented design work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication skills, good aesthetic judgement, and willingness to learn new tools.
- Proactive mindset with an interest in new AI advancements and design trends.
