The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring the front desk is running smoothly. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Front Desk Agent should be knowledgeable about the local area and be able to provide guests with helpful information.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet guests and check them in</li><li>Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries</li><li>Provide excellent customer service</li><li>Payment processing</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk area</li><li>Assist with other duties as needed</li></ul>Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
