1- Customer Sales - Consultation &amp; Product Knowledge<ul><li>Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements (residential, commercial, projects).</li><li>Advise clients on suitable finishes based on usage, design, and budget.</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, sizes, and stock availability.</li><li>Stay updated on new materials, trends, and design applications.</li><li>Explain material properties such as durability, maintenance, origin, finish, and applications.</li><li>Prepare quotations, pricing options, and product comparisons.</li><li>Close sales and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.</li><li>Follow up with client that assign to the sales team through CRM.</li><li>Follow up on pending payments.</li></ul>2- Order Processing &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Create sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes accurately.</li><li>Coordinate with operation department.</li><li>Track order status and update customers on delivery timelines.</li><li>Handle custom orders and project-based sales efficiently.</li><li>Update the follow up progress with client that assign to the sales team through CRM.</li></ul>3- Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.</li><li>Follow up with past clients for repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Maintain a customer database with inquiry and purchase history.</li></ul>4- After-Sales Support<ul><li>Address customer concerns related to delivery, quality, or installation.</li><li>Coordinate replacements, returns, or adjustments when required.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and positive showroom experience.</li></ul>5- Sales Targets &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.</li><li>Support management with market insights and competitor analysis.</li><li>Fill in any documents needed from the management.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Wood and Fit-out Inbustry: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bahrain (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Showroom Sales Executive
