1- Customer Sales - Consultation & Product Knowledge
- Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements (residential, commercial, projects).
- Advise clients on suitable finishes based on usage, design, and budget.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, sizes, and stock availability.
- Stay updated on new materials, trends, and design applications.
- Explain material properties such as durability, maintenance, origin, finish, and applications.
- Prepare quotations, pricing options, and product comparisons.
- Close sales and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up with client that assign to the sales team through CRM.
- Follow up on pending payments.
2- Order Processing & Coordination
- Create sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes accurately.
- Coordinate with operation department.
- Track order status and update customers on delivery timelines.
- Handle custom orders and project-based sales efficiently.
- Update the follow up progress with client that assign to the sales team through CRM.
3- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with past clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a customer database with inquiry and purchase history.
4- After-Sales Support
- Address customer concerns related to delivery, quality, or installation.
- Coordinate replacements, returns, or adjustments when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive showroom experience.
5- Sales Targets & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.
- Support management with market insights and competitor analysis.
- Fill in any documents needed from the management.
