Business Development – B2B sales job

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively prospecting and pitching to business clients (SMEs, corporates)
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed contract
  • Building a pipeline and consistently hitting monthly revenue targets
  • Representing our brand in client meetings, calls, and presentations
  • Collaborating with the content/production team to tailor proposals

What You Need to Have

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (any industry considered)
  • Strong communicator: confident on the phone, in person, and over email
  • Self-motivated and target-driven — you track your own numbers
  • Basic awareness of social media, content marketing, or digital advertising is a bonus

Pay: BD600.000 - BD800.000 per month
