Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Sales and Quality Lead to drive our innovative solutions forward. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to engage clients effectively, demonstrate product value, and ensure the highest standards of quality across our offerings. As a pivotal member of our team, you will manage customer relationships, and oversee quality assurance processes. Your energetic approach will help us expand our market presence while maintaining excellence in service and product delivery.Duties<ul><li>Oversee quality assurance protocols, perform analysis on product performance, and implement improvements to uphold high standards</li><li>Develop comprehensive analysis reports to inform decision-making</li><li>Work to maintain ISO certification</li><li>Process customer request for returns/warranty</li><li>Process the products for warranty</li><li>Determine root cause to share with management team</li><li>Feedback quality issues to both UK and US teams</li><li>Process improvement to improve quality</li><li>Supplier quality management</li><li>Manage Health and Safety and Green Teams</li><li>Training employee group as required</li><li>Manage Health &amp; Safety:</li><li>Investigate any accidents or near misses</li><li>File all reports based on investigation as required by Federal/State/Internal</li><li>Maintain emergency equipment inspections monthly/annually as required</li><li>Train Personnel and visitors on the latest Health and Safety requitement</li><li>Skills</li><li>Customer support calls help to resolve all technical issue</li><li>Sales team support/technical calls</li><li>Maintain a working relationship with the UK technical team</li><li>To maintain accurate documentation of the methods and process of manufacture.</li><li>To help implement best practice and drive the business capabilities forward.</li><li>Apply the principle of continuous improvement of all processes and activities.</li></ul>Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
