</div><div><b>Role Overview</b><br>
</div><div>As our Administrative Assistant, you&rsquo;ll keep the office running smoothly by handling front-office support, scheduling, document processing, and day-to-day administrative coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a team in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment.<br>
</div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Greet clients/visitors (in-person and by phone) and route requests to the right team member</li>
<li>Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-ups; help coordinate meetings and team schedules</li>
<li>Support document handling: scanning, uploading, filing, and maintaining organized digital records</li>
<li>Assist with basic correspondence and office communications (email, letters, reminders)</li>
<li>Help prepare forms, packets, and materials for client meetings and policy reviews</li>
<li>Track tasks and activity in a CRM and/or shared tracking systems</li>
<li>Maintain office supplies, mail processing, and general office organization</li>
<li>Support special projects as needed (events, reports, process checklists)</li>
</ul><div><b>What You Bring</b><br>
</div><ul><li>1+ year of administrative, receptionist, office coordinator, or similar experience (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Professional communication skills (written and verbal)</li>
<li>Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based tools/CRMs)</li>
<li>Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and collaborative in an in-person office environment</li>
<li>Insurance experience not required (training provided)</li>
