Administrative Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time, In-Person)
Location: Portland, OR (Central Eastside – Washington High School/Revolution Hall)
Pay: $17–$20/hour (DOE) + (optional: bonus)

Role Overview
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll keep the office running smoothly by handling front-office support, scheduling, document processing, and day-to-day administrative coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a team in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients/visitors (in-person and by phone) and route requests to the right team member
- Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-ups; help coordinate meetings and team schedules
- Support document handling: scanning, uploading, filing, and maintaining organized digital records
- Assist with basic correspondence and office communications (email, letters, reminders)
- Help prepare forms, packets, and materials for client meetings and policy reviews
- Track tasks and activity in a CRM and/or shared tracking systems
- Maintain office supplies, mail processing, and general office organization
- Support special projects as needed (events, reports, process checklists)
What You Bring
- 1+ year of administrative, receptionist, office coordinator, or similar experience (preferred)
- Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based tools/CRMs)
- Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion
- Reliable, punctual, and collaborative in an in-person office environment
- Insurance experience not required (training provided)
