</ul>Roles &amp; Responsibilities Achieve sales budgets for the region &amp; recommend sales objectives and strategies for the area/territory to the BU Head. Submit accurate sales forecast for the month. Ensure effective in clinic communication of product communication by practicing and learning on regular basis. Collate important information about every customer as per PST sheet to create individual customer business growth plan. Participate in strategic plan for the regions &amp; understand in detail the account&rsquo;s strategic plan for the year and long-term account goals. Meet doctors as per set visit frequency for A, B1 and B2, and maintain call average of 5 and coverage area of more than 90% Ensure achieving excellence of strategic marketing initiatives and medical training activities to drive business growth. Adhere to medical training activities SOPs in the region Ensure timely submission of TP and daily reports and monthly expenses in Hidoc. Work closely with the key accounts to develop them as user. Ensure effective logistic operation in the region &amp; prompt feedback to the marketing team on the promotions and campaigns. Develop KOLs in the region for brand advocacy. Work effectively across the entire organization and leverage all available organizational resources, including market access, finance, and business intelligence, medical, sales and marketing. Work internally with marketing and other teams to identify customer needs and develop appropriate approaches to ensure optimal territory coverage. Keep update on relevant matters including company business, policy, and procedures. Ensure compliance with appropriate SOP&rsquo;s and company policies and practices. Participate in personal development and training sessions. Identify decision making unit in the specific accounts and use influencing capabilities in helping the decision making process by key stake holders. About The Job (Job Responsibilities):
Application, change (and Project) support responsibilities. Incident Management: Keeping systems up and running, by applying a controlled process of registering, monitoring and resolving of application related tickets. Monitoring overall performance of application, responsible for integrity of production environment. Maintaining the applications according to the SLA and in line with the regional business needs of involved Business Unit(s) and organization. Periodic standby for emergencies (24x7 availability schedule). Operationalize priority setting as agreed with the business. Functioning as a 1st escalation point for the 3rd party vendors and the user community on. Application Maintenance related services. Signals deviations on policy, standard package matters &amp; after approval, contributes to changes. Ensuring IM process compliance for area of responsibility. Takes care of proper and updated documentation of the application (technical - process - and end-user documentation). Keep CMDB up to date for the business processes and applications in scope. Executes changes &amp; enhancements: describe problem, information analysis, prepare solution, execute system change (self or by third party), unit test of the change, amend user documentation, implementation, after care. Conduct tests as defined in an integration test specification, recording details of any failures and carrying out fault diagnosis. Analyses and Supports Key-users training needs and creates /maintains training material Periodically visit the customer (sites), to discuss tickets, wishes etc. with key users, and demonstrate visibility. Frequently contact with key users on open tickets &amp; act as co-coordinator for Key User network and meetings. Co-responsible for activities to ensure applications functions and operates appropriately. Supporting project handover activities (hand over from deliverables and knowledge from a project to the Application Maintenance teams) for the area of responsibility. Support projects in execution of changes / enhancements. Participating in implementation improvements and optimization projects. Create and checking content of transports. Play an active role in the CAB / Change Advisory Board. Administer the SAP Ariba &amp; SAP Ariba Network as well as the SAP Ariba configuration tables in SAP ECC. Configure &amp; review SAP Ariba approval flow setups and data. Implement further automation initiatives. Support complex seller integrations.
