Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct training sessions effectively as per the ACLP for each job roles</li><li>Ensure parent and local community engagement and employer linkages for the program delivery.</li><li>Liaison with superiors and engage with public agencies, local authorities, including coordinates relating to memberships for center.</li><li>Coordinates activities of center with other stakeholders to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and specifications.</li><li>Supports in preparing periodic reports, and records on center progress, status or other special reports for project reporting.</li><li>Supports superiors for developing improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyzes results and recommends and/or takes appropriate action.</li><li>Confers with and advises staff, students and others to provide technical advice, problem solving assistance, answers to questions and center goals and policy interpretations.</li><li>Serves as center representative during projects by responding to and resolving emergency situations and ensures all aspects of projects/events are implemented and controlled according to plans. Coordinates project logistics.</li><li>Perform assigned program activities as per project deliverables.</li><li>Manage adherence to proper attendance management of trainees.</li></ul>Required Qualification &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in related field</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer or related position</li><li>Experience in relevant domain is a must</li><li>Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources to provide training</li><li>Capacity building and training skills</li><li>Fluency in English (both oral and written)</li><li>Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills &amp; facilitation skills</li><li>Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li><li>Must be familiar with local language</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: Up to &#8377;288,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
