<p>
This is a role focused on inventory receiving and vendor invoicing. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, an understanding of accounting workflows, and a passion for creating efficiencies and accuracy within the AP function.</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h4><ul><li>
For inventory vendors, perform the endtoend receiving and accounts payable process to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payment.</li><li>
Maintain effective controls, approval workflows, and documentation practices.</li><li>
Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure vendor accounts remain current.</li><li>
Accurately allocate expenses and post transactions to the appropriate accounts to support accurate financial statements.</li><li>
Maintain a relationship with Purchasing Team to ensure timely receiving of purchase orders placed.</li><li>
Support monthend and yearend close processes with accurate accruals and reconciliations.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h4><ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in accounting or related field required, bachelor&rsquo;s degree a plus.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in either Inventory Receiving, Accounts Payable or general accounting roles. o Will consider experience in a Purchasing/Inventory role.</li><li>
Strong understanding of accounting principles with receiving and AP processes.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or accounting systems.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.</li><li>
Selfmotivated with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
