Receiving & Accounts Payable Analyst

With locations across the U.S., we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a detail-driven Receivable & Accounts Payable Analyst to perform and improve our receiving and payables process.

This is a role focused on inventory receiving and vendor invoicing. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, an understanding of accounting workflows, and a passion for creating efficiencies and accuracy within the AP function.

Key Responsibilities

• For inventory vendors, perform the endtoend receiving and accounts payable process to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payment.
• Maintain effective controls, approval workflows, and documentation practices.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure vendor accounts remain current.
• Accurately allocate expenses and post transactions to the appropriate accounts to support accurate financial statements.
• Maintain a relationship with Purchasing Team to ensure timely receiving of purchase orders placed.
• Support monthend and yearend close processes with accurate accruals and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field required, bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in either Inventory Receiving, Accounts Payable or general accounting roles. o Will consider experience in a Purchasing/Inventory role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles with receiving and AP processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Selfmotivated with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
