Job Title: Postcard Designer (In-House Creative Team)Location: DOPE Marketing Headquarters &mdash; Eagan, MN Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site Reports To: Creative DirectorDOPE Hiring Package Includes:<ul><li>Full Benefits</li><li>401k Matching</li><li>Paid Time Off &amp; Paid Vacation</li><li>Wellness Staff &ndash; Massage, Yoga, Fitness Membership for all team members</li><li>Sponsored Life Time Gym Membership</li><li>Monthly Team Happy Hours &amp; Dinners</li><li>Company Outings and Team Retreats</li></ul>About the RoleDOPE Marketing is looking for experienced Postcard Designers to join our in-house creative team in Eagan, MN.In this role, you&rsquo;ll work directly with clients and account managers to design high-converting postcards, mailers, and print campaigns that reflect our clients&rsquo; brands and the marketing strategies we recommend.We&rsquo;re seeking designers who understand direct-response design, print layout, and marketing-driven composition &mdash; people who can take direction, collaborate closely, and deliver beautiful, conversion-focused designs under deadlines.This is an in-office position, and we&rsquo;re looking to add two to three designers to our growing creative team.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Design custom postcards, mailers, and print assets based on client campaigns and strategy.</li><li>Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to ensure creative aligns with goals and brand standards.</li><li>Work with the Creative Director to refine layouts, headlines, and visual hierarchy for performance.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.</li><li>Ensure print-ready file accuracy, proper bleed setup, and quality control prior to production.</li><li>Incorporate data-driven feedback to improve creative performance and conversion rates.</li><li>Maintain consistency across all creative deliverables and templates.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>5+ years of professional graphic design experience (print and direct mail strongly preferred)</li><li>Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, typography, and marketing design principles</li><li>Experience designing for print, direct mail, or marketing campaigns</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and file preparation standards for print production</li><li>Excellent communication skills &mdash; ability to take feedback from clients and account managers</li><li>Fast, reliable, and organized &mdash; able to balance creativity with deadlines</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment</li></ul>The Hiring ProcessAs part of the application process, candidates will complete a design test to showcase their ability to create postcards that reflect DOPE&rsquo;s creative standards and strategy-driven approach.
