Dorado Animal Hospital &amp; Surgical Center is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in setting the tone for the client's experience. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our mission of delivering the highest quality care to our patients and developing a positive and welcoming work environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome clients and visitors to the clinic in a warm and friendly manner.</li><li>Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.</li><li>Maintain client records and files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Process payments and handle billing procedures.</li><li>Liaise with veterinary staff to communicate client concerns or requests.</li><li>Assist in maintaining a clean, organized reception area.</li><li>Perform other administrative duties as requested, such as data entry and inventory management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Conversational Spanish is a plus.</li></ul>At Dorado Animal Hospital and Surgical Center, we value diversity and always treat all employees and job applicants based on merit, qualifications, competence, and talent.
