Client Service Representative

Dorado Animal Hospital & Surgical Center is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in setting the tone for the client's experience. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our mission of delivering the highest quality care to our patients and developing a positive and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and visitors to the clinic in a warm and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.
• Maintain client records and files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Process payments and handle billing procedures.
• Liaise with veterinary staff to communicate client concerns or requests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized reception area.
• Perform other administrative duties as requested, such as data entry and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Conversational Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
