Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and maintaining the bar appearance. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while accurately handling orders and payments. The bartender will also ensure compliance with food safety standards and contribute to an enjoyable guest experience.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Use POS system to process orders, sales, and payments efficiently.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Engage with guests professionally, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.</li><li>Manage multiple responsibilities including serving drinks, cashiering, and assisting with catering or banquet events when needed.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.</li><li>Restock bar supplies as necessary and assist in inventory management.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, or banquet halls is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper beverage serving techniques.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in sales, cash handling, and retail math to support accurate transactions.</li><li>Experience working in the food industry or retail environment that emphasizes hospitality standards is a plus.
