Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and maintaining the bar appearance. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while accurately handling orders and payments. The bartender will also ensure compliance with food safety standards and contribute to an enjoyable guest experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Use POS system to process orders, sales, and payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Engage with guests professionally, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage multiple responsibilities including serving drinks, cashiering, and assisting with catering or banquet events when needed.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Restock bar supplies as necessary and assist in inventory management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, or banquet halls is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper beverage serving techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in sales, cash handling, and retail math to support accurate transactions.
